We are aware that at the moment everything still feels heavy, like a thick frozen blanket that has been placed over society. The sunlight does not reach the seeds, so seeds, remain seeds and this is a deliberately set up game of darkness. Seeds need sunlight to sprout, grow and thrive, but because of the thick frozen blanket, the seeds have no chance to develop now. We are observing a certain collective hopelessness/depression/anger and most are having a hard time holding on to positive power at the moment which is understandable because it is human.

Instead of fighting against it, it is also possible to resign yourself to it, to step into surrender and acceptance, that it is as it is at the moment, that it is okay. A rest period was announced a few weeks ago, but humans are used to just going on and on, because they have never been taught to take breaks when they are announced.At the moment many people are confronted with the fact that physical complaints cannot be avoided.

You are asked to support your body with natural remedies and also to not throw in the towel in the ring yet. Feel through your unifying thought forces, that you are not alone, despite the feelings of loneliness and separation you have. The DNA cleansing through natural frequencies and vibrations continue and peaks of over 4000 hertz are rushing through the bodies. Typical symptoms are tinnitus, pressure on the forehead, headaches, flu symptoms, aching lower back, restlessness in limbs and thoughts, clogged sinuses and ears, feeling of not being able to move forward completely, increased breathing, old fears arise, as well as old habits.

Problems/disharmony within interpersonal relationships because the frequencies and vibrations affect each person differently, action-reaction can bring conflicting energies. Things are moving very fast with the shifts and the necessary breaks follow behind each shift, big or small! So take breaks when possible, breath pauses, short meditation, eyes closed, shoulders relaxed and come to yourself for a moment. Accept when the body breaks down for a while, don’t fight anything – be self-loving and kind – not hard.

Although this is now being rectified, it is asked that you especially use your deepest ‘knowing’ when there are messages from the many ‘galactic federation lightworkers’ groups who are mainly feeding their Ego’s by winning customer loyalty, creating massive groups of followers, offering their merchandise as self proclaimed messengers from the Galactic Federation – but they are NOT.

They will all be brought to their knees one by one and they will bow to the absolute power of Source, so they will remember again.Only those who can be as servants from the Source – will be made visible step by step with their unique, sometimes slightly odd and humble work.
